Safe Space
A short introduction to my own self doubt: I’m not offering this space up as a place for argument, it is meant to be a place of peace for me, and I hope it treats you that way too. If it doesn’t, I encourage you not to be here anymore. Go somewhere else, and find the peace that soothes you. Reach for what feeds your soul.
It is my greatest hope that each of us, every one of us, feels covered and comforted by what surrounds our souls. To do that, we have to be in charge of it for ourselves. We have to find awareness in what feeds us - be it the breath of the wind, or the sound of brass horns, or the ceremony of baking a good sourdough. We have to know what brings us peace, and then grab onto it tightly and do all we can to keep it.
It is in this self discovery that I have found my own version of peace, my own version of spirituality, my own version of heart healing, forgiveness, and self love. It’s unlikely that mine will look just like yours, and I do hope that this helps you to want to search for your own.
What’s that? Brass horns, you say?
I know, right? I could hardly keep a thought after I said that too.
Good thing you’re here. Otherwise, it would seem like I was talking to myself.
Louis Armstrong, ladies and gentlemen! Shouldn’t we all see our life in pink? I really like my blu-blockers, I feel inclined to tell you. But pink would be good for a cloudy day.
